These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proifil (the "Service"), operated by Clix Capital Pty Limited trading as Neallus (ACN: 169 978 438) ("Proifil", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Proifil provides industry and location risk & insurance advisory content, including curated reference material and content generated on demand using artificial intelligence, for a monthly subscription fee. The Service lets you browse individual industry and location risk profiles, combine them into a single profile, and export reports as PDF documents.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service, and you must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at sign-up, charged automatically to your payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't end your access immediately - you keep full access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You can view your current billing period and cancel or resume your subscription at any time from the Account page after logging in.

The Service includes both hand-curated content and content generated automatically using artificial intelligence or offline estimation when a specific industry or location hasn't already been covered. Every profile is labeled with its source (curated, AI-generated, or offline estimate) so you can judge how much to rely on it.
The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance broker, insurer, engineer, or other qualified professional, and should not be relied upon as exhaustive or as the sole basis for any risk, insurance, or business decision. AI-generated and offline-estimated content in particular may be incomplete, generic, or inaccurate for your specific circumstances.
We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design, and curated content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service and to use any reports you generate for your own internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clix Capital Pty Limited trading as Neallus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify existing subscribers (such as by email or an in-app notice). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection law applies to you and provides otherwise.
